Caller: Scam Text message

I received a text message from this number, claiming to be from LINKT (Transurban Tollways), claiming I have an unpaid toll notice over 30 days overdue. If I don't pay it my E-tag will be cancelled.
I do not have an E-tag, I have not travelled on any tollways for many months and I live several hundred kms out of Melbourne. I also have not been interstate and travelled on any of their other tollways.
I have a LINKT account, but no E-tag. If I ever travel on their tollways, they automatically charge it to my account, and deduct payment at the end of the day from my credit card. Payments happen automatically. I do not have an E-tag, as I travel to the city and use tollways infrequently, probably only one or two times a year.
I logged into my online LINKT account, and there is no money owing, and it has been many months (about a year) since any charges have been put on my account.
