Keeps sending SMS saying upaid toll notices from LINKT. No answer when you ring back.

Caller: LINKT Text message from LINKT saying that I had an overdue Toll that needed to be paid or my E-tag will be cancelled. (I have a LINKT account but not an E-tag and have no outstanding tolls!)
