Scam, claiming to be CBA, "Suspicious credit card activity etc etc"

I got the same message but it listed CBA. I don't have a CBA credit card so deleted and blocked.

just got the same message did some searching on the internet its a scam they live in City Beach ~ Branksome Gardens in Perth

Got a text saying that there is unusual activity in my account. Do not click. Instead I sent him a meme of hysterically laughing Tom cruise.

Same as everyone else, my SMS was about unusual activity on credit card. I didn’t click on link either and always check these odd numbers now. I Never answer any unknown numbers, if it’s really something important they will leave a message. Meantime I check numbers in this way and can block the caller if it’s a scam.

Same same scam except St George with corporate colour scheme. Don't have a credit card account with St George.

Caller: No name. Just number.

Received same message. But for a fake st goerge URL. f*cking hate scammers. And yet. Our providers and government don’t really seem to give a damn about this sh*t happening

Just another scam, locked account etc, provides a bogus URL to click. Informed Telstra who were not interested.

We received same mobile message. "your account is suspended, log in to the account for verification..." then 'tap to load preview'
this sms came through at 2.13AM. 3 Sept. Thanks for the alert.

Yep, scammer - no NAB account. Seriously? Has this idiot not got anything better to do with its life? Surely there's some sort of recourse for dealing with this petty crim.
