Caller: I didn't know at first, but eventually discovered it was 'Ian Chittick', someone I don't know.

I have been HARRASSED with text messages from this number - no phone calls, only texts. SMSes started on Good Friday 2018, and went on for several weeks - 15 smses in total - sending blog posts about our network marketing company, calling me a sucker, and saying they lived in Melbourne and I knew them. Refused to tell me who they were, just kept insulting me whilst cheekily making it sound like they were helping me. Eventually was able to look up the phone number - belongs to Ian Chittick in NSW - never heard of him. I never put myself on his mailing list. I don't know how he got my number or knew about my involvement with our company. When the texts stopped, I thought it was over. However, on Good Friday 2019, he started sending smses daily - up to 10 a day, and this time would sometimes sign the texts off with Regards Ian, or Cheers Ian. This has been going on daily since Easter 2019 - so about 6 weeks now. He has bombarded me with blog posts, videos links, stories, forwarding emails via text, telling me what I should do, insulting me etc. Basically trying to cause doubt and damage to my company. It has been RELENTLESS and BOMBARDING. I don't know this guy, I don't like him, and don't trust him. He makes out to be your friend wanting to help and inform you, but he is disrespectful, slanderous, manipulative and is baiting for a response. Ask him to stop and he will hurl abuse at you.

Both me and my partner received 3 texts from this number within about 10 minutes. I sms-ed back a few times asking who it was and I never got a reply. These messages were links to negative blog posts or articles relating to a business opportunity we've been quite happily involved with. So these messages were sent by a hater. I know of these articles and have seen other haters share them, and try to poison the people who are still involved. I thought it was quite rude to not respond to me and to send these messages in the first place. This behaviour is not ok. I don't know how they got our numbers, but our numbers are not hard to find wthin our business.

Received SMS and asked who the sender was. Received another one and asked again, still refused to identify, if you are not willing to identify yourself don't contact people - very poor form. Best to reply and unsubscribe.
