Caller: Telstra technical department "Mary" from "Telstra technical department" called to tell me about "a problem with my internet"! [I hung up at this point.]
Mary had an Australian accent and it didn't sound like the call was coming from overseas.

My ISP is not Telstra, nor my phone provider.
