I think someone has hickjacked this number.
It called me with some security scam message (sounded like they were targeting US citizens not Aus).

But I called back because it was odd getting a number with scam calls, it landed to a fishing business in TAS even though phone said the call came from the ACT 🧐

Telstra are letting these scammers do all sorts of strange stuff on their network. Not good. I don't believe the owner of the number is sending the scam call.
