Caller: Calling from 'NBN'

Man in a call centre telling me our internet was compromised but when I asked why he called me when it's not in my name he just said 'we have a responsibility to our customers'. I explained I can't be a customer if you aren't from our provider and I didn't opt in for any service and he just kept repeating himself.
