Refer our conversation regarding the above just now. As I mentioned that we are planning to remediate the contaminated soil stockpile(2 Nos) by latter part of March or April 2012. The duration of the job shall be 13 to 15 weeks.

The scope of the job shall be
1) Site preparation as per enclosed file (Muchea site layout).
It include levelling the site and constructs over size particle or sludge holding pond, treated soil holding pond and wastewater holding pond.
2) This wastewater holding pond need to have liner to hold the water. Lance St. Hill of Fabric solutions Australia Pty ltd (Tp :(07) 3807 0200) has quoted the suitable liner for us. You may work with him and buy the liner and help us to install it. the following is the exact dimension of wastewater holding pond.

3) Information of contaminated soil remediation
Volume of the soil in both stockpiles -2100 m3. (see the picture)
Process : sieving  feed to HPC via hopper  chemical amendment  remove the treated soil from treated soil holding bond to stockpile area.

Capacity of the sieves 0.78 m3 and expected to sieves this volume in a minutes. Sieves Elevation is 2 m

Feed to HPC via hopper : sieved soil will be feed to hopper. Capacity of the hopper is 7m3 to 10 m3/hr.
Elevation is 3 to 3.5 m (by putting soil, we may also lift the front end loader feeding level to hopper)

Chemical amendment : mixed the soil in the treated soil holding bond (1 m depth) and mobilise the treated soil to the stockpile area.
