To be fair I have never had any problems to do with money or delivery. My beef is that we do not drink that much wine and do not need cases of it! Have asked to be removed from their mailing list and this has not been done as I am still receiving calls about one a week. I just hang up.

I can't believe you actually bought wine from this unscrupulous company. You're a complete sucker. People like you are perpetuating this incessant cold calling

I have spoken to James numerous times over the past few years. Yesterday I again told him I now rarely drink due to heart issues and to again take me off the call list. I also advised him I have sold ethically for over 60 years, have the largest sales website in the world (based in Sydney Australia - profitmakersales.com) and that he should go there and get heaps of FREE LESSONS on selling. I went on to tell him that pushy sellers piss people off and and he was doing far more damage to the sales industry and in my opinion had a low sales closing rate. He listened, thanked me for my advice, then I this morning I returned a missed call message only to get another pushy (and I mean really over the top pushy) phone call from James.

I also reminded him of the call from yesterday and I wanted to be taken off the call list, he acknowledged that and I simply hung up on him. He is what the ethical sellers in the sales industry in general dread and should be stopped before he causes too much more damage. A pathetic untrained sales moron that should be stopped from bulldozing any more people from buying from him.

I have not been able to find a phone number that has not been disconnected for these unethical group of companies associated with Oak Road Wines.

I have since contacted the Do Not Call Register 1300 792 958 and lodged a complaint there

I ordered a mixed case a month ago. and didn't receive it . I received several phone calls to try and sell me more wines.! I have attempted to ring a variety of numbers given on the websites. but no luck, even on chat. Obviously its a Scam.

This company has scammed me out of hundreds of dollars, if they have your credit cards on file they can do whatever they like to cause you misery. I have had to cancel my credit cards and block every number they call on . The scamming happened in quick succession after I refused to buy from the salesperson before a dispute about being shorted in my order. Don't deal with these people.

I have been trying to get off this call list for 18 mo this but to no avail… any suggestion as it’s falling on deaf ears..

Yesterday I received a notice from Australian Post informing me that my wine order from Oak Road Estate was on its way, I immediately got worried as I have not dealt with this company for over 12 months. I checked my bank account and discovered that they had withdrew $616 in 2 transactions over 3 days. I am extremely upset that this particular wine company would do such a disgraceful act. I immediately contacted my bank and cancelled my credit card and they placed them on their fraudulent list for further action. I also discovered that I am not the only person this has happened to and in the exact some manner, they need to be stopped.

I did order some wine we previously liked - RECEIVED SOMETHING ELSE - TASTS TERRIBLE. They said they would send a "REPLY CODE " to return the wine VIA AUS POST - NOTHING AFTER 3 WEEKS.
Was also promised a call from customer service - NOTHING.

i received phone call from my wine agent laithwaites and the talked me into a case of wine but it didnt' sound right so i rang laithwaithes to check they said i hadnt' placed an order so i
realized that it was a scam,i rang my anz bank to cancel credit card transaction they said theywould look into it,the amount they put 387$ on my card.2 weeks later i received three cases of wine. but the bank didnt' stop the transaction they cancelled the card but didnt'
stop the money going through iam stuck with 3 dozen bottles of lousy wine

Seems to be a scam, I am getting calls daily that appear as UNKNOWN Thailand... being a jobseeker, there is NO WAY I am answering, I just keep blocking then they use another number.

I have repeatedly told them I have NO INTEREST in their wines anymore, yet they continue to call from mobile numbers....HOW CAN I BLOCK THEM INDEFINATELY ?

I have received 21 calls from this group in the past 15 days. No voicemail. When i call back to leave a message, i get a voicemail saying they are busy and to call back, but if i dont want to receive calls, leave a message. I was unable to leave a message because voicemail is full. When i block numbers they call from another numbers.

I accessed their website and there was nowhere to unsubscribe and the public number (03) 8551 3300 had the same issue with leaving a voicemail, could not because it was full.

I used their chatbot without success, so i lied to it and said "i want to buy wine" BANG - straight onto a real person who asked me for my phone number. I told if i get another call its going to ACMA. They advised my number was removed on the spot and should not receive more calls.

If you get calls, suggest use the bot and say you are buying wine, it will take you right to a real person almost instantly, then tell them you want off and will be done.

Hi Grant, thanks for the information. I tried this number but there is only a recorded message to contact their help person through their website which I cant find. I must get at least 4 calls from them a day. I have blocked them all but want them to stop calling me. I have asked them directly several times. This is bordering on harassment
