Pauline, the agent that books the cleaners for the clients is disorganized and dishonest, falsely promising "Guaranteed Bond Refund" for vacate cleans. When total bond refund is denied by the real-estate agent due to inadequate cleaning done by the cleaners, Pauline refuses all and any responsibility and refuses the client any rightful refund. Her service is appalling and highly unprofessional I strongly advise to avoid using Executive Home Duty Services.
