Fraudulent call pretending ding to be telstra

called twice in quick succession which I didn't answer and they left no message. then I accidentally called them back and hung up immediately but then this number dialed back again instantly within seconds, again left no message. If they aren't bothering to leave a message its most likely scam or cold caller

tried to call twice today - phone tells me "potential fraud"
