Can't begin to tell you the hell I have been through with this number over a period of many years. It began with a txt message from this number claiming the my mortgage payment witht the Commonwealth Bank was severely overdue. I will never forget that traumatic day.I have never had a mortgage with the CBA bank. When I rang it for the first time, I got a Mr Scott, supposedly a senior exec with the Bank, who told me I owed $185,000 on a mortgage. When I tried to explain I didn't have a mortgage, he did not believe me and I demanded to be put through to the to the very top of Management and personally spoke with Ralph Norris who confirmed the existance and overdue status of the mortgage. Mr Norris demanded that I go on a strict repayment plan or action would be undertaken to repossess my house, and that I should deal directly with Mr Scott on this. He called relentlessly from thisnumber. I didn't pay. They did repossess my house. I lost everything including my dignity, and my health. It is almost impossible to fight something as big as the Commonwealth Bank. It has taken many years of legal fight and a legal bill I can never repay to discover everything about the mortgage was fraudulent and undertaken at the direction of Mr Norris and others whose signature appears on some of the documents. I did eventually reach an out of court settlement far less than what it should have been but I can never get back my health, and the far reaching impact it caused to my family. I know that both Mr Scott and Mr Norris as well as many others are under investigation by multiple authorities, and just hope that now, I can move on with my shattered life and warn that this can happen to anybody.
