Today he sent few photos of the X5, very tempting to buy, it has a Qld rego plate 773MZK. Qld transport web search shows VIN no: WBAFF42070L299401.
He also says that "It was left to me in my father's will 2 months ago". I have requested a copy of the latest rego paper, i'll keep posting the progress. Others who follow him, I would like hear what others getting.

When I rang got no answer.
So I txt then ended up getting txt I had subscribed to some premium service which I opted out of.
Some weeks later got txt was I still interested in van.
Then out came Thailand story and van with freight agent in WA.
Pay deposit etc.
It was all too suss so looked and found his name is a rash all over the internet.
Told police.

he is now using the phone number 0419 928 395

Glad i found your website. My mother inlaw saw a motor home for sale . She was going ahead with it for 36.000 Dollars. It was a fiat. IT looked to good to be true. So i googled his name and found your website. Same thing pay deposit was in port headland at a shipping company. Hate people like this. Mother inlaw was so let down when i showed her. Thanks for your site.

It looks like that James keep on trying hard till the fish will bite.

As I was saying, I have payed all expenses (shipping, insurance) and the caravan will be delivered to your address for a 5 day trial period. It is stored in Port Hedland, WA with a shipping company. They will also handle the payment as they offer protection for both buyer and seller.
To proceed with the shipping you must deposit the funds under your name with the shipping guys so they will know your money are secured until you'll receive and inspect the caravan, it's safe and simple. I'm confident the Jayco will pass all your tests but if by any chance you are not satisfied, you'll get refunded in full and they will have the caravan picked up at my own expense. So you will safely inspect the Jayco before actually paying for it.

Call them for more info but hurry up as two other clients are interested. First come, first served.

Here are the details so you can make a background check on the Jayco.
VIN: 6AM000000A1M70251
Reg Plate: 520QRN / 09-03-2017

Regards,
James

This James Hill advertised a BMW X5 in the Brisbane Courier-Mail I called s landline no but got an answer machine. He did text me with the spiel that he's been moved to England with his job, got the car from his dead dads will a couple of months ago. I paid for a Revs and it all matched what info he supplied but obviously took pics of someone else's car and got all the details from that one. Told me he had arranged to ship it to me from Cairns and to pay the shippers. I decided to check out the phone numbers I had on him and wells I got all I needed on this page confirming he's a scammer I even got his same email address. Gosh I just hope no one is gullible enough to pay this bloke. I'm going to report him to Telstra also as he is using a bigpond email and Telstra land and mobile numbers,

Very dodgy, shipping company he uses say they place the funds in "escrow" in a Barclays account. I asked about using a Solicitor's Trust Account and they refused. $22,000 is ridiculously cheap - an obvious scam. He could send it to an auction yard such as Pickles or Manheim and get over $30k.

His name of the email is 'James Hill'. He gives you the website to look at pictures. He said he moved to the UK for work. He said he won't be able to meet you at the inspection!? Bit dodgy. Defiantly wouldn't believe it till I saw it.

I went to police as concerned a scam. Police said details of van, from Revs Check, correct but James Hill is not registered owner, so sent him email saying unless he provided proof of ownership, would not proceed. Following 2 emails, will not contact me with details, so I have walked away. Shipping company appeared legit, but my suspicion aroused when they said Barclay's Bank was used for Escrow...... Where is James..... UK. They then said I could use CBA, but I said unless proof of Ownership supplied deal was off.

Hi roger I got scammed last week by Phillip McGrath everyone watch him too the same thing a $15000 caravan it was advertised in the morning bulletin ,possibly same bloke using a different name same story in WA shipping company. I told him too ring me he is in the UK and he rang me after we exchanged emails .when I asked him a heap of question about it he couldn't answer without dodging I got suspicious. He got Narky and told me I'm wasting his time and hung up .I rang the local police and they said a local has being caught bought a caravan from there and payed $28000 and now has no van and no money and they can't do anything it's in the uk. So I sent back an email and abused him told him the UK won't be far enough away too live if I bought something from him and didn't get it. He said I'm going too too sent you email too FBI or something like that that .I told him too watch out. So he might of went cold on his identity and now he's James I don't know. What pisses me off nobody is doing anything the police or somebody needs too catch these scammers .Hope nobody else gets caught.
