Received a call from this number, they had their end muted and hung up after 10-15seconds once I answered. Getting tired of these silent calls. Spoke to my phone provider after my own mobile number called itself, they said it could be part of the swooping scam ( phone numbers are being copied/doubled up and can be used for upto a week by lowlife scammers)
