Caller: Claiming to be Telstra

Automated message telling me that they were from Telstra, and that they were going to disconnect my phone and Internet in 24 hours. They then told me to press “1” to resolve the issue. This then connected me to an overseas call centre with a lot of noise, a female was speaking on the other end. I cut to the point, I said “what’s my name?” She said “sorry what?”, I then repeated, I said “if you are really Telstra then you will know my name, what is my name?”. She hung up immediately.
