Chinese scam, claiming to be from DHL, targeting Chinese speaking older people. Will put you through to various other people. Starts with undelivered package, then will try to wear down the victim and somehow put them onto other people and eventually threatens with Chinese government involvement bla bla bla. Aims to steal ID info with ultimate goal being money.
