Caller: Allegedly from Telstra. Since when does Telstra use Wells.969 @ hotmail.com as email address? Supposedly from Telstra. Sounded legit as she had a very strong accent, sounded like the usual Indian call-centre Telstra people. Had all my details and offered a 50% discount on the next 6-months of my Telstra bill. Then said I qualified for an Apple Watch or iPhone 13. (Yeah, right) Telstra giving away anything cheap or for free?? Azzif. Anyway, she had all my details so I just agreed to whatever she said as I couldn't understand her "Did you want fries with that.....?" Didn't sound right so I rang Telstra who verified the caller was not dinki-di.
