Caller left a message stating that I had an urgent express uncollected and to press 9 for Chinese service. Even though I didn't press 9, the message proceeded to talk in Chinese. I tried ringing the number but couldn't get through with the message that it had incoming call restrictions. I believe this to be a nuisance call and recommend you block this number.
