Caller: Security Alert at Commonwealth Bank

This scam man with Indian accent called me and told me that I have authorised a transaction for about $450 to a company in USA.
He initially did not even tell me his name or his company until I asked him so many times.
When I asked him if I have a bank account with Commonwealth Bank, he said 'yes'.
He is wrong. I told him I have no account or nothing to do with Commonwealth Bank, he still confronted me that I have an account and I made the transaction. He told me he has got all of my details regarding the transaction I made.
He could not answer me what my name is (He kept calling me as 'ma'am' but not my name even from the beginning). I am sure he could have given me more details if he has got all of the transaction details.
I asked to put me through his supervisor, he refused and told me if he does that, he would lose his job. Whatever. Who would be interested in him losing the job for not putting me through to his supervisor.
I asked him to give me his company's office number, not the mobile phone number, so I can ring up later. He refused.
He was rude from the beginning till the end as he called me 'Bitch' and hang up.
If you are reading this, the rude man who I spoke to over the phone, thank you very much for calling me bitch. I am pretty sure your parents, wife or children are VERY proud of yourself for not losing your job and keep making other people disgusted by you and with what you do.
