Caller: Jain Stephen Claimed to be from Telstra. Staff ID was TEL09748, wanted to tell me about poor connection on my lines, wanted to know how many devices I used the connection on. I asked for her name and Staff ID and she gave it to me. I said I'd call her back and she hung up.
