Answered a call from this number on 3rd Dec, 2020 and a recorded voice with an American accent stated something along the lines of: "Hello, this call is from the investigation division of the Department of Home Affairs. There is a legal case being filed under your name.." so I hung up and blocked the number as I believe it is a scam.
