Got a call from this number. Decided to answer as I thought it may have been a call I was expecting. They just hung up when I said hello. I rang the number back. A female Asian voice answered with just "hello" so I hung up.

Caller did not speak when I picked up the call, then they hung up after about 5 seconds.
