It’s a SEO scam - Search Engine Optimisation. That’s what an audit of your site means. They want to give you services of adding SEO keywords to your site. But it’s a scam because SEO is often handled already by most site builders - Wix, Wordpress, Squarespace - and they do it for free or at least part of your website hosting.
