I rang the number and it just hung up.

Just received a text also "I'm sorry, I missed sending this out to you" with a link.

100% a scam!

I got sent a text from what I thought to be a scam number saying "I'm sorry Suzie, I missed sending this out to you: with a http link. I didn't click on it, then received the same message from a different mobile number straight after.
