I replayed this missed call voicemail 24 times so I could type this out word by word. I don't usually comment on these pages but I guess if I help someone from getting all their money drained from their accounts so unethically, I am happy.

There is no such thing as this department by name and they would not call you. Government departments would always be via mail or Government Website.
