Caller: FAKE ATO SCAMMERS Fake ATO scammers called. An Indian man named "Peter" took my call after I heard a robotic message that said that I owed ATO money and that there is an arrest warrant on my name. I was asked to press 1 to sort this out and I did.
"Peter" took my call and told me he was based in Melbourne. I could hear his indian colleagues in the backdrop speaking.
Anyway, have fun with these guys. A moment spent wasting time with us means they are not scamming other folks.
