Olivia Georgievski is the most unprofessional and heartless service I have come across during the planning of my wedding.

I booked her flower services for my wedding and even after a month prior to the wedding, she didn’t touch base with me to finalise my arrangements.

I tried to get in touch with her for two weeks straight through various means… (phone, email, SMS, facebook etc)

Her landline was disconnected, she was screening my calls on her mobile number, didn’t respond to voicemails, deleted Facebook posts which were on her page, disabled the ability to write on her Facebook page, and wasn’t replying to any of my emails.

The only way I got her attention was when I texted her to let her know I felt I had no other choice than to contact The Department of Fair Trading.

She instantly replied, letting me know she had been in jury duty for two weeks, and accused me of not being ‘logical’ enough to and that my threat had made her very upset with me.

The audacity from this woman is nauseating.

A planner should know to put on an automatic reply or out of office on her emails if she is expecting to be out for a period of time. I’m sure jury duty doesn’t last for 24hours for 2 weeks straight…

A simple SMS would have been enough!

Olivia has agreed to refund my deposit, however it has still not gone through, she is still difficult to get a hold of, not responding to emails or answering texts/phone calls. It has been over a week!

I just called her on a private number and she placed me on mute the moment she heard my voice. I tried to call again, and surprise surprise, the call was screened!

I have given her many chances to reconcile, and I have now lodged my dispute with the Department of Fair Trading.
