I rang your number from Bunbury, WA and was advised that to vacuum the lounge, kitchen and laundry and mop floors, also dust it would cost $150. This seemed pretty steep but I agreed and the service was to happen yesterday. They were 3 1/2 hours late, gentleman wafted round with duster (completely failed to move dust or ornaments to dust) then left saying he would have to get another worker to finish job in day (it was midday). After an hour I rang business number- was advised gentleman could not do job as was reacting to cat hair, no spare worker available and she couldn't tell me when she could fit me in. I sacked cleaners! this means I was lied to on a number of time by the manager and her staff. The service was appalling. I will certainly never be using your service again and will telling everybody loud and clear what abysmal service you provide
