Caller: Some 'investment company'

I mistakenly answered this number and was enlightened at their inability to acknowledge that I had NOT, in fact, signed up to some website. Apparently this has given them the green light to call me from multiple numbers and swear at me. I intend to answer every call and just put the phone down till they hang up.
