(1) The "caller" delivers a threatening blurb about incometax avoidance
(2) Then sends a text message of the same text - again : threatening
(3) This text message has been sent many times
(4) I have NOT responded to the sender - other than ONCE calling back and hearing that "this number is not in service"
(5) I refuse to text back
(6) There is no record of the phone number being legit
(7) It's likely a throwaway mobile - and number
(8) I have added the number to my BLOCKED CALLERS list on my mobile

message sent to me doesn't make sense at all - spammy and suggest blosk it ....
