Caller: Voice Recording of a Lady?

Randomly got a call from this number out of the blue, claims she managed to "track me down" as apparently she got cut off in traffic, the voicemail sounded identical which makes me believe this is a scam call of some kind. I don't even own a car or have a drivers license! Also, odd this sounded like a personal issue if it was legit and it's coming from a business! Watch out folks.
