Same as myself. Bought a fusion subwoofer for the boat and had the whole BPay thing as CC won't work. Has anyone been to the police? I will be going in on Monday morning to report them and see if they can't be taken down. Don't expect my money back ever but hopefully they'll be caught or stopped.

This company has taken my money with no evident supply. The phone is continually switched off and the admin email address errors when I attempt to contact them.

They are a bunch of crooks and swindlers

Thanks to those who have warned everyone. Because of you I checked them out and the ASIC website says the company was deregistered in Nov 16

I was going to buy a gps for $899 but luckily I googled them first. Sorry to those who have lost money. Let's spread the word on social media about them!

I'm also a victim of this scam. Attempted to get my money back through my bank but that failed. CBA's response was no and provided no reason. I would have thought the CBA would have some responsibility to do something about this. Why the hell has this site not been shut down. I'd hate to think how much money has gone into, and probably still going into, this account.

I have had a similar experience. Credit Card rejected and then paid by EFT. No goods arrived and all communication attempts failed. I lodged this with ACORN and it is being investigated and suggest you do the same, it may not help us but could put an end to this so others dont suffer the same fate.

Same as all the others. Tried to buy a combo GPS on 11 Jan 17. Credit card rejected. Paid into their suggested BPay account. No answer to any attempted email contact. No sign of my combo unit. These low-lifes have managed to relieve me of $490. Lesson well learnt.

Got the please direct credit message today as 'We are sorry to inform you that your credit card payment has failed'. That sparked the scam detectors and here I am.

I should have known - prices were too good to be true.

Like others mentioned on this site, I attempted to purchase a portable GPS from this company only to be told that my credit card had been rejected and to pay by direct debit. I did so on the 19/12/2016 and have not had any reply dispite numerous e-mails to them. There is no contact phone numbers on the web page to contact the company.
