SCAM: Pretended to be calling from the NBN saying that they're going to increase your internet speed and upgrade the fibre optics. Tries to get you to go onto their website so they can have control of your computer.

SCAM: A man who spoke with an Indian accent said that he was calling from the NBN because they had noticed that my Internet connection had been slow recently, and that they wanted to improve the speed. He knew my name. I hung up, so didn't get to hear the rest of the story.
