There was was no actual person at other end, was a recorded message after a short delay of answering mobile phone
Message started “ this is from The Australian Tax Office, after investigation there has been suspiciuos activity against you Tax File Number, your account has since been suspended with a warrant issued for you arrest, if you wish to speak to an officer press1...........”. After this i i hung up
