Same thing happened and I just ignored it

Scammer message. Did a lookup of the website name and the DNS is hosted in nigeria. DO NOT ENTER OR REPLY TO THIS

Caller unknown. Claimed my mobile number has been selected as a winner of 1 million pounds on Sony Sweeptake. Said go to www.sonysep.net to claim.
It's a scam and I have blocked the number.

damn I only got offered 100,000 pounds made the mistake of using a tyre comparison website the other day entered email and mobile for reply to queries no answers but bingo im now a very rich person suspect they on sold info

I got the same text on the 14th of September, did my research and found out Sony DO NOT give cash prizes in their sweepstakes competition, the prizes are only Sony products to maximum value of $2400. And to my knowledge I hadn't entered the sweepstakes, which will be officially drawn in October, so why did I win a month early?. Anyway the message also read "Hi: Your Mobile No is Selected as a winner of £1,000,000 on SONY SWEEPTAKE go to www.sonysep.net to claim. enter ref:SON083ac helpline:sonywin @ cashsony.com". And to top it off Sweepstakes is spelt incorrectly, the Sony website knows how to spell it!
