Answered call and was told she was from commonwealth bank and they noticed a transaction to blah blah looked suspicious so they have suspended the payment waiting on my confirmation of personal details...
(I don't have a commonwealth account)
I put her on speaker and asked her to repeat what she said... she hung up.
