Asks for the business owner and when I explained they aren't here, they ask if I have authority to make business decisions. I told them I need to know what it's about to answer that. He rudely replied saying, I just told you it's about the business. He eventually said it's about our online presence to which I explained we already have someone looking after that. He raised his voice saying, I knew you would say that! I told him not to speak to me in that tone and hung up. Not a great way to try to win over potential customers!!!
