Health comparison service. Was a friendly guy who suggested to go with a particular health insurance fund but didn't give me 8 weeks free as advertised on the website so i didn't go with him.

I received after looking at extra cover health - they didnt speak so I hung up - so annoying when you have to run to the phone for nothing -

Left random message saying good morning

I used a health insurance website a couple of days ago and bingo! This morning I got a call on my house phone which I never answer. Rang back and got a recorded message about health insurance so I hung up.

Call form this number, hung up on answer.

Insurance type calls. also texted me as "HealthQuote"

Claim I signed up to their website... No memory of this

This guys said he's from the Compare club but asking some ridiculous details about our health insurance policies. He then text me back with a different number. block block block!!!!

Scam/phishing call. Ever since Medibank let our contact info to be stolen we've been getting scam calls from different numbers every day.
Please aways stay vigilant. Do not answer calls from numbers that you don't recognise. And even if you recognise the number, still be careful and make sure that you are indeed talking to the right person, because scammers can fake any number as their caller ID.

Health insurance scammers. Ever since Medibank lets our contact info to be stolen, we've been germ these scam calls from different numbers every day.

They phoned, I answered, they hung up. Just rude!

Called, I answered "Hello this is x" and they said "x" and I said "yes" then they hung up

Yes, I did an online enquiry. Then I kept getting hounded within minutes of hitting submit.
I said i was going to stay with my health insurer and he tried to say they would do better.
I stated again I am staying and he hung up quite rudely too

They couldnt tell me who caller wa.

Did not answer, no message left.

Hassling from multiple phone numbers

Called but I didn’t know the name never so didn’t answer. Did not leave a message. Called number back and got a recorded message saying call was from a Health Insurance Comparison Advisor. Number blocked.

Said they offered health insurance comparison. I said I wasn't interested and hung up. Over the last 2 days I have had a total of 25 phone calls and one text, some of which I think are the same organisation, another was Future Courses, saying I had enquired about a Certifcate in Aged Care (I had not) and another that said they were from the Garvan Institute and wanted to speak about their research. All are trying to gegt money. Mainly Sydney and Brisbane numbers (I am from Melbourne). I have blocked all. Many sequences, e.g. prefix 374150 then 66, 75, 79 and 81; prefix 0482 185 and 066 and 136. Several others. Only answered first but soon hung up. This is not fair - who is handing out our numbers to these scammers?

Answered - they hung up. Called back - voicemail said insurance comparison. Block call as they have called various times.
