5:14 PM Tue Feb 23 2021: I received a call which I did not answer. The next day at 1:15 AM and 7:30 PM I called them back, with a 'RESTRICTED' number, ie I hid my phone number. The provider automatic message said "...has incoming call restrictions, please call again later."
I do not know how they can restrict incoming calls, do you?
