First got a recording stating that my NBN internet would be disconnected in 24 hours and requested to dial 1 to talk to a technician... I did that... and got connected to a guy stating that he was with NBN... i asked if he was with my particular internet provider... first he said yes, then said that he was with NBN. Since i was at work I asked if he could call back at 6:00pm. First he agreed, then he asked me if he could call back at 4:00pm. This made me suspicious so I asked him his name, for which he said Brad Richard. From his accent, he surely was not Brad Richard. I am calling my internet provider to confirm if this is a scam or not.
