Received a call from this number, caller claimed they were from the NBN and that he was calling to tell me they had been monitoring fluctuations in the speed at which my modem was working, so he wanted to give me a "free" upgrade for my NBN service. He also tried to convince me he was calling from 242 Exhibition Street, in Melbourne and that his employee number was 100266. Since the NBN does NOT ever phone any customer directly on regard to this kind of thing, I found his claims a bit hard to believe.
