Answered the phone and it said "Hello am I speaking to Ctaherine?" I said very firmly "NO" and it hung up

Called me - asking personal identifiable questions - saying that she was from the Queensland Information Service (there is NO SUCH PLACE). She asked if I "qualified" re working and under 57 years of age (also, please never answer "yes" to phishing scams, as they record this for other approvals) - I answered I am working. Then she asked if I was renting or had a mortgage. I then asked who she worked for. I said that I was not comfortable sharing any further information until she explained more in relation to the purpose of the call. She said "I was just trying to share information with you" and hung up. She was not sharing information, she was phishing! Dodgy!

This person needs to be investigated.

They knew my first name as I answered 'this is *****' I then asked who they were, she read from a script saying I'd asked for a call back. I asked for my last name which she knew.... I asked for when I asked for this call back and she said she didn't know but it was within the last 12 months. I asked to be taken off their list and she said ok and hung up pretty quick! Scam I'd say!!!

A lady advised she was calling from Queensland Information Services, and wanted to talk to me about Tax Incentives provided by the government, and then asked if I was between the age of 18 - 57 and working.
Advised now wasn't a good time and the lady said "of course love, another time" and hung up. Have not received another call from them

I answered the call but did not speak. They disconnected.

Offering free advice. I declined and she asked why and I told her I worked two jobs and was too busy so she hung up pretty quickly.

They rang for a few times then dropped the call. They didn't leave any voicemail message.

Call from 0410 375 295 claiming to be "Queensland Information Services" (no such organisation exists) calling to inform me about "government tax incentives available due to the virus situation", and they said that they "weren't marketing anything". This latter was a hint that they are scammers and not from the government.

Was a spam call. Ignore it and just go on with your life.

i got the same call. sounded like general statistical gathering. i didnt give anything other than generic response to their questions, and they said they will have some one call me back hahahaha no thanks.
