4 calls within an hour and a half. No idea why they are calling.

Called the number back person is from overseas contact centre said from company called impact financial services??? very vague on the company details, check out Google, seems to be some sort of Debt Collection Agency for Energy Australia, never had an account with them, always been with AGL, and the company will not release any details unless I give them mine first.. seems a bit suspicious

I got a missed call from this number this morning and called it back. I asked the reason for the call and they said they do not know couldn't even tell me the company name but kept saying it's an important matter

Appears to be a call centre based outside Australia acting for multiple firms, either to sell services or collect debt, unable to determine due to their lack of willingness or ability to answer questions in English.

I am putting this as Telemarketer

Had a missed call from this number. Called it back and went through to a call centre (seemingly in the Philippines). Call centre operator was very vague - said it was a company called "Impact" but kept refusing to answer when I enquired about what kind of company Impact were. Kept dodging my questions for more clarity by asking me to confirm personal details like date of birth. Smells fishy.

Four calls from this number over two days. Hangs up if I answer & doesn't say anything if it goes to voicemail. Never been with AGL as previous person reported so doubt it'd be them.

Not sure due to poor line connection, making the caller hard to hear, but has something to do with AGL.
