They advised they were from NRMA Recoveries and wanted to confirm my address as they hadn't had a response to a letter sent only a week previously. The woman wouldn't give me any detailed information about what the call was regarding, other than it was a personal insurance matter until I had confirmed my address. I'm not insured with NRMA so asked them to advise me of what address they had for me and I would then confirm if that address was correct or not. With that she hung up on me.
