I missed the call & called back & the lady said she was Andrea in South Australia & said she had not used her phone or made any calls & it was just sitting on charge. Maybe a scammer using a device to put false numbers up on phones so they can't be traced who knows . I suppose I have to believe her & didn't ask if she had kids lol
