This person started ringing our landline (silent number) and mobile, doesn't speak, there are different types of background noises like a shopping centre or TV playing in the background. If we ring back on a private number doesn't answer, if we ring back on the mobile will pick up but doesn't speak. Have the number blocked which is now in the background recording the number of times they ring, so it can be dealt with further.
