Caller: ROBOT FROM TAX OFFICE I just received a call on my mobile phone from 0402 640 015
It was a robot call stating there is a TAX matter of an outstanding TAX account that needs to be paid or I will be arrested by police.
Clearly, this scammer or scammers, Have no bloody idea who they have called. My mobile number is on a "suckers list" which scammers buy from each other.
I will report the number to Optus mobile and have it disconnected. I have also reported it to 4 other scam websites and also to the Australian Fed police. I have added it to my scam number database.
be careful of these ROBOT calls. They are scammer call centers mainly from India. If you receive a call like this, please report it to me so we can warn other people.
