I have dealt with this guy Basil and I have met Franco. In the 3 business agreements we have done we have not experienced any issues with him.
The workmanship is second to none.

When you get a phone call from Basil informing you how good your contracting work is, and then not paid for it, it feels like someone is stealing $4500 out of your family wallet. Then your good clients wonder why they have to pay so much for their good work. It's because of you Basil. We have to make up the money you steal from us some how.

This guy is called Basil and builds exclusively for a Plastic Gangster called Franco who owns brothels in South Melbourne including Gotham City. Franco is juiced up on 'roids judging by his behaviour and controls Basil's purse strings.
He will not pay. Do not deal with him.

This guy is a builder. He gets subcontractors in to complete works and does not pay.
He trades as Envogue Developments Mulgrave. Cannot find any details about this.
