Heavily accented Asian lady claiming to be from Telstra NBN. Clearly a scam

Indian male said he was from Telstra NBN and my Telstra internet was being hacked. He went on and on so I asked him again to confirm he was from Telstra to which he replied “are you deaf I told you at the beginning of the call. Told him I could fix it myself, he asked if I was an engineer to which I replied I was an IT Engineer. He then told me I was a moron and when I said ‘you’re Telstra professionalism is very bad’ he said I was a bitch. I laughed at him and hung up.

Caller: Scam call

A male with an Indian accent claiming to be from Telstra stating they have received information that my internet is being used by hackers. Asked me to stand in front of my router and give information. I declined, seems like a scan

returned the call and my credit was used up
