Caller: Claim to be from Telstra

Get a recorded message saying they are going to cut off your NBN then when a real person comes on they say a problem has been found and malware is being sent to your IP address but you can’t see it. They ask what device you use so they can tell you what the code is to look for. When you question them and ask for a number to verify who they are they hang up. Terrible attempt to scam people and get your information.
